VAT, customs and import duties, or other additional levies may occur on international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Arctic Ice is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Arctic Ice is not responsible for damage to a product or inappropriate storage/handling on the part of the shipper. Shipping during periods of heat or extreme cold is at your own risk.

Insurance purchased by the buyer from the courier or other parties may cover some of these risks. Check with the courier or other party insurance provider for terms of their insurance policies. Arctic Ice may at its discretion include insurance coverage, however this is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by Arctic Ice to the buyer at the time of order.

Additional Work: If there is a request for work beyond the agreed, we reserve the right to charge additional fees at a rate of $89 USD per hour for the duration of the extra work.

Delay Compensation: If there is delayed due to factors outside of our control or as a result of your actions, we reserve the right to charge for any additional time spent on the project at the rate of $89 USD per hour.

Response Timelines: Timely communication is vital for the successful completion of the project. We expect prompt responses and feedback from you to maintain project momentum. Delays caused by a lack of timely response may result in additional charges for extended project timelines.
