Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their Arctic Ice experience. However, due to the perishable and delicate nature of our product glacier-sourced ice cubes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Cancellations

Same day of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

All of our products including the Arctic Cubes Box, Arctic Pearls Box, Skin Cubes Box, and Skin Pearls Box contain real glacier ice, which is perishable by nature.

As a result, no returns or exchanges can be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@arcticice.ae the same day of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
